During office hours contact to the IT Services department should be via the IT Helpdesk whose contact details and opening hours can be found on the following link;
Should you need to escalate an issue or request then you can contact the associated support group.
The IT Services department only covers normal office hours.
If the issue or request needs to be looked at urgently then please either:
Email the IT Helpdesk (email@example.com)
Call the Helpdesk number (0121 204 3445) and leave a message
Staff will be notified of the message and will action as soon as possible the following working day.
In the event of a severe emergency then the University Security department can contact a member of the IT Services management team.
