IT Helpdesk

Everyone has problems with, or questions about IT. If you are a new student it can be particularly daunting, so the last thing you want to be worrying about is not being able to e-mail home and tell everyone you are OK, or you may be a returning student who has forgotten your password, or lost your uniCARD.

We’re here to help and you can find us in the IT Helpdesk, in the Main Building East room G16, where we will do what we can to resolve your problems.

Come along and find us, we are open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays (If your queries are about finance or your studies then the best place to go is The Hub on the upper foyer where staff are always able to help or point you in the right direction).
