Profile

I am visiting PhD student from Politecnico di Milano and I joined Aston University in March 2015.My research addresses value creation in Contract Logistics industry. The aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of how Third-Party Logistics (TPL) providers can create value for their costumers, in terms of single business strategies and strategic approaches of value creation. This understanding has relevant potentialities to support strategic decision-making, from both a TPL providers and customers’ perspective.

January 2012 – October 2013: Researcher at ‘ICT & Management Observatories’ of Politecnico di Milano School of Management

The collaboration concerned the Observatory of Contract Logistics. The Observatory aims to measure (in quantitative terms) the phenomenon of Contract Logistics in Italy and to analyse critical factors of evolution and innovation in this industry.
