I joined the Aston Institute of Photonic Technologies in November 2015, while, since 2009, I had been working in Greece as a Research Engineer collaborating with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Athens Information Technology Centre (Intracom Holdings) in the framework of collaborative European and Greek projects. Prior to that, I had spent one year in Osaka University, Japan, as a Research Fellow.

During the spring semester of the academic year 2013-2014 I was assigned as an Adjunct Instructor at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Furthermore, I have acquired practical experience on network administration, as a part of my mandatory military service in Greece (2011).
