Complaints, appeals and discipline

The University will:

  • resolve problems through open and transparent communication.
  • provide information on the complaints and disciplinary procedures to be followed when a formal process is required.
  • ensure that disciplinary appeals processes are fair.
  • make independent advice and representation available through the Students’ Guild.
     

We ask you to:

  • seek help and support  quickly if you encounter difficulties.
  • take advantage of advice and guidance available from your School Office and the University’s Hub and the Guild’s Advice and Representation Centre.
  • familiarise yourself with processes, regulations and codes of conduct.
  • comply with the disciplinary requirements of the professional bodies which accredit your course of study.
