If you would like us to post letters to you by courier, we charge a fee of £20 for this service.
We do not charge for letters sent by normal post. If you would like a letter posting to you (not by courier) please contact us at email@example.com to tell us what type of letter you need and remember to include your address and post code.
Please note that for international deliveries we recommend that you choose to use the courier service in order to ensure that you receive your documents within the stated time frame.
Pay the courier fee using the online store You will need to pay for the courier fee in the Aston University online store.
You will need to find the "Hub Advice Zone Letter" item in the store and add it your basket which will costs £20. You will then need to proceed to checkout. If you have not used Aston's online store before then you may need to register before you can pay for the item. You will need to select your billing adress and then you will be able to enter your card details to make the payment.
Payment will be taken from your account after it has been authorised and cleared, this is normally within 24 hours. We accept the following types of card:
Confirmation of payment You will receive a receipt by email to confirm your payment. An email will also be sent to The Hub which confirms that you have paid for a letter to be sent by courier.
What to do next Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us what sort of letter you need e.g. an academic reference for a Tier 2 visa application. Please ensure you include your Aston student number, your name, the exact address you would like the letter to be sent to (including a postal/zip code), your personal email address and your phone number in case the courier service needs to contact you. We will check to ensure your payment has been accepted and then send the letter to you using the courier service. We will also send you an email with the tracking number of the delivery.
