International Ambassador Scheme - Job Description

Role Summary

International Ambassadors are current students, who originate from outside the UK, who work with the International Office to share their experiences and promote the University to potential new students. There are a range of events the International Office need assistance with throughout the year. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours; however ambassadors who are selected and trained will be contacted regularly with the up and coming opportunities which they can sign up for if they are available. This position offers casual hours, during term time and academic holiday periods. Full training will be provided along with a certificate of participation for all ambassadors who are actively involved throughout the year.  

Rate of pay £7.50 per hour

Experience

.Experience of working with a variety of people from different cultures, backgrounds and ages.

·Experience of providing campus tours

·Ability to use your initiative.

·Excellent spoken and written English

·Knowledge of the Education system
