International Ambassador Scheme - Job Description

 Job Role

International Ambassadors are current Aston students, who work alongside the International Office in order to promote the University to potential new students. Ambassadors will use their own experiences to promote Higher Education and Aston University. No previous experience is necessary, although enthusiasm for the university and higher education is essential!

There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours; however ambassadors who are selected and trained will be contacted regularly with upcoming opportunities which they can sign up for if they are available. This position offers flexible working hours during term time and academic holiday periods.  Full training will be provided along with a certificate of participation for all ambassadors who are actively involved throughout the year.

The International Ambassador Scheme is a brilliant way to develop new skills that will look great on your CV, meet new people, have fun, and get paid for it!

Rate of pay £7.50 per hour

.Experience of working with a variety of people from different cultures, backgrounds and ages.

·Experience of providing campus tours

·Excellent spoken and written English
