When you see the screen below in the payment process, you MUST enter an email address and click "SEND RECEIPT".
Unless you complete this step, your payment will not be complete and your Touch Pay balance will not update.
We want to make sure your money is available to spend straight away, so please remember to complete this step.
Once you've entered an email and clicked "Send Receipt", you'll be redirected back to Touch Pay and will see the below screen...
