Lost card

Login to the Touch Pay portal and select the lost card link. Confirm your card as lost and this will immediately disable the card from being used to make payments.

Don't worry, we'll soon get you back up and running; when you go to the ISA help desk on the fourth floor of the Main Building to collect your new card, they will reactivate your new card and your balance will automatically transfer to the new card enabling you to purchase food and drinks across campus.
