The Hub Advice Zone is located on the ground floor of the Main Building. It is the central place to come to see immigration and student advisers, to get financial assistance, collect various student status letters and access a range of other services.

The Advice and Representation Centre (ARC) is the independent representation unit based in our Students' Union. They can help with academic appeals, disciplinaries and exam boards as well as off campus accommodation and other appeals.

The Martin Luther King Multi-Faith Centre welcomes all students of any faith and background

Health Services

Halcyon Medical Centre is the nearest doctor's surgery to campus. It offers a confidential student health service and welcomes Aston students who live in Birmingham. There is also an optician and a dental surgery in the Aston University Health Clinics building. These are not connected to Halcyon.
