The West Midlands Economic Forum is holding a Business Breakfast in partnership with Aston Business School on Friday 15th February.
Lean thinking is often considered as a practice reserved for manufacturing companies alone, however it is just as applicable to service companies. This event will present how the ideas of lean thinking have been applied to the professional service environment of a firm of solicitors (Higgs & Sons) in the West Midlands.
Emerging findings are showing that lean thinking, if adapted suitably can increase efficiency and effectiveness for the company and value created for the client. These findings will be presented and discussed at the breakfast.
