Aston University’s Careers and Employability Centre have again organised an impressive programme of employer Fairs for autumn 2011. These events give employers a unique opportunity meet and network with Aston students.

The team are currently taking bookings for stands at the following Fairs:

FMCG & Retail Fair – Wednesday 12 October 2011

The Aston University FMCG & Retail Fair is being run for the second year this autumn and aims to raise awareness of graduate and placement opportunities within the FMCG & Retail industries. Last year’s event attracted many Times Top 100 Employers and nearly 900 students.

Placement Fair – Wednesday 19 October 2011

The Aston University Placement Fair is being run for the sixth year this autumn. Aston is one of only four universities in the UK where over 50% of students undertake an integrated placement year as part of their studies and the Fair aims to raise awareness of placement opportunities available. Last year’s event was attended by nearly 1600 students.

Working in the West Midlands Fair – Wednesday 26 October 2011

The Aston University Working in the West Midlands Fair aims to raise awareness of graduate and placement opportunities within the West Midlands Region. This year's event is kindly sponsored by Jaguar Land Rover.

Engineering Fair – Wednesday 2 November 2011

The Aston University Engineering Fair is being run for the second year this autumn and aims to raise awareness of graduate and placement opportunities within the engineering sector.

 All of the Fairs run from 11am to 2pm and there is a cost of £50 +VAT to attend.

 Places are already being taken up so don’t miss out!
