Yves Guillaume

Dr Yves Guillaume is a Reader in Organisational Behaviour in the Work and Organisational Psychology Group at Aston Business School. His research revolves around the study of diversity, leadership, innovation, effectiveness and well-being in teams and organisations, which has been published in leading academic journals and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and industry. Yves works as a practitioner with businesses and organisations in these areas.
