Joanne Lyubovnikova

Joanne is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Lecturer in Work and Organisational Psychology at Aston Business School. She is Course Director for MSc programmes in Work Psychology, and lectures on various topics including organisational behaviour, effective teamwork, and work design and health. Joanne is currently Co-SIG chair of the Organisational Psychology Track for the British Academy of Management and acted as Organisational Psychology Track Chair for the 2013 BAM conference.

Joanne is Research Advisor at Aston Organisation Development, a spin-out consultancy from Aston University focused on supporting organisations to improve performance and increase staff engagement through effective team-based working (http://www.astonod.com). Her research underpinned the development of the Aston Real Team Profile Plus (ART+) tool, which has been used with over 300 teams in NHS organisations to improve their effectiveness. Based on her research with healthcare teams, Joanne also contributed to the development Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme for the NHS Leadership Academy.
