Jonathan is Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisational Behaviour (OB) at Aston Business School. His research interests include organizational justice, behavioural ethics and individual/organisational career management, and he has published in leading academic journals on these interests. He is currently Associate Editor of Social Justice Research - the journal of the International Society for Justice Research (ISJR), and an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Management. Jonathan is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and has over 15 years experience teaching and supervising OB and HRM subjects with undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive audiences.
