With members in more than 60 countries, the MRS is the world's largest research association serving all those with professional equity in provision or use of market, social and opinion research, and in business intelligence, market analysis, customer insight and consultancy. The MRS collaborates with Aston’s Marketing Group in a number of ways. The MRS accredits the MSc Market Research & Consultancy, and for candidates successfully completing this degree programme, the MRS awards an additional Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice. The MRS also supplies guest lecturers on a number of modules. Finally, the Marketing Group at Aston is active within the MRS Midlands Network.
