Adrian Rhodes

I graduated from Aston’s Management degree course in 1984, and spent some time in client-side marketing before joining a London advertising and sales promotion agency, starting as an Account Exec and leaving five years later as Planning Director.   I was Business Development Director of a smaller agency for three years before joining a McCann-Erickson, the biggest ad agency in the Midlands, where I ran Direct Marketing and was involved in Planning; then in 1998 set up my own marketing and management consultancy.   Along the way I’ve acquired professional qualifications in marketing and market research, plus an MSc in Managerial Psychology.

A management degree has undoubtedly helped my career, and in my agency days I recruited several other undergraduates and graduates from Aston.
