Aston Business School’s undergraduate BSc in Marketing programme has been ranked 5th in the UK in the Complete University Guide 2014.
This is a huge boost for the reputation of this established programme and highlights the quality of teaching that takes place within the Marketing Group, which is informed by world leading research.
The BSc in Marketing is a four year course for EU students with a one year integrated placement, or a three year course without integrated placement year for non-EU students. The BSc in Marketing provides specialist marketing knowledge and skills built upon a broad foundation in management. The unique placement year is an exciting opportunity for students to gain valuable hands on work experience that cannot be achieved in the lecture theatre and gain further independence.
Many students have found that taking a placement for a year can greatly enhance their confidence, time management, report writing and communication skills. Consequently, Aston Business School students often do much better in their final year of study.
