Our vision: to be development partners for those who power our world

At our Etc! Energy Talent Consortium, an elite group of invited guests identified three “beyond business-as-usual” challenges for future Energy sector leaders.

A need to:
  • Engage the new generation of employees in the face of increasing ambiguity, organisational complexity and accelerating change.
  • Increasingly focus on external stakeholders, particularly regulators and customers, to inspire trust through transparency and relationships.
  • Drive technology, to innovate in new sources of generation, petroleum alternatives and the clean-up of nuclear waste.
Our aim: to partner Energy organisations in the development of future leaders.

Testimonials

"I really enjoyed it. Thank you. I rarely afford myself that kind of time with colleagues from other related organisations to think about Sellafield's broader and benchmarked talent development needs." Lesley Bowen, Head of HR Delivery, Sellafield Sites Ltd.

"I found the ETC really interesting and insightful." Charlie Bray, South West Regional Manager, National Skills Academy Nuclear.

“The workshop and discussions generated were really interesting, and it was particularly good to have some likeminded people from a similar sector to share ideas and experiences.” Julie Mackenzie, HR Development, Scottish Power.
