- Engage the new generation of employees in the face of increasing ambiguity, organisational complexity and accelerating change.
- Increasingly focus on external stakeholders, particularly regulators and customers, to inspire trust through transparency and relationships.
- Drive technology, to innovate in new sources of generation, petroleum alternatives and the clean-up of nuclear waste.
