DRIVING TRANSPARENCY AND INCLUSION


Through focus groups, reports, and questionnaires and interviews with key stakeholders, possible participants and participants’ managers we establish a clear shared understanding of the changes that the programme aims to deliver. We also form an appreciation for the style that the programme must adopt in order to make the most of the time spent together.

Synthesis of the information we gain delivers the programme blueprint. By testing that blueprint with programme sponsors to agree scope, schedule, key measurable deliverables and style, we refine our understanding of clients' expectations from their investment. We match client subject matter experts with Faculty experts to ensure content and examples are relevant, credible and applicable

Shared responsibility for following-up with cohorts and individual participants is agreed as part of the design process to ensure the programme delivers the change for which it was commissioned.
