A third cohort of technical specialists from Jaguar Land Rover has completed part two of our specially tailored Masters module, Communicating Knowledge.
Effective communication is crucial for successful business and personal interactions.
Our five day Communicating Knowledge module is designed to help Technical Specialists become more skilful and reflective in communicating the attributes and benefits that they offer the organisation.
Part two of the module is delivered over two days.
Self-Leadership and Management
The module closely follows competency models of global blue chip organisations, and is founded on world class research in future-oriented and critical self-leadership and management skills.
Successful module completion provides credit towards a collaborative Masters level programme that includes other leading HE providers at the Universities of Warwick, Cranfield, Loughborough, Coventry, and Southampton.
Reflecting on Application
Our participants began part two of the module by reviewing how they have applied and reflected on their learning in the workplace.
Each participant presented to their peers how this has led to improvements in communicating with the high performance teams that they lead, and also with the senior management teams to which they report. Understanding one’s audience and its various requirements was a paramount outcome of this learning process.
The participants concluded studying how operational processes are executed and delegated, and learning how to ensure team members are motivated to work with a passion and maximise their potential.
