Dr Pascale Daher
Pascale is a work and organisational psychologist with over 10 years of field experience. Her areas of expertise lie in leadership, training and development, and occupational selection. Dr Daher completed her PhD at Aston Business School in 2017 and is currently a lecturer at the University of Liverpool.
Pascale has extensive experience in teaching and training for both academic and corporate audiences. She is specialized in adult learning and has trained in Lebanon, the Gulf, and the UK. In her corporate experience, Pascale has acted as a core constituent on committees tasked with talent management, recruitment and selection, and developing competency frameworks. She has consulted department heads on people-projects related to their teams in order to improve efficiency and improve well-being. In the academic scene in both Lebanon and the UK, she has led lectures and taught on modules pertaining to training and development, leadership, and international perspectives in organisations.
Pascale holds a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology from the American University of Beirut. She is a certified test user from the British Psychological Society.
