How do I log a maintenance request?

You just need to raise a Maintenance Request Form on the Unite Students website via My Account, or alternatively check out the MyUnite app, which will allow you to log maintenance requests easily from your mobile device. Once logged, the form goes directly to Unite Students maintenance team. Issues are rated on severity, so if it is a busy time please bear with us as it may take slightly longer for us to get to you than usual.
