There’s a free chance to discover the exciting opportunities for postgraduate study on 31st January 2007 at Aston University’s School of Engineering & Applied Science postgraduate open day.
Visitors will be introduced to the School and its facilities, will learn about its high quality research and will have the chance to chat directly to programme directors and students about the courses on offer.
Aston’s MSc taught and research programmes provide cutting-edge research and teaching expertise in a 5-rated RAE (Research Assessment Exercise) School. Students can study via part-time and distance-learning, as well as via more traditional full-time programmes.
Aston has close links with industry, which ensures its courses are applied and relevant and an impressive range of career opportunities are open to its graduates. Aston consistently has one of the highest levels of graduate employment at any UK university. In addition to these benefits, Home and EU scholarships are available for many programmes.
Admissions staff will also be available on the day to discuss the practical aspects of postgraduate study such as the application process, tuition fees and accommodation. Lunch will be provided.
For those new to the Aston University campus (which is in Birmingham City Centre), campus tours will also be provided.
