Have you ever considered doing a Masters course in the field of Engineering or Applied Science? Aston University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science will be holding a Postgraduate Open day on Wednesday 29 March at 1pm at the University.
The Open Day will be an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing one of the University’s highly regarded MSc courses to look at course details with expert advice at hand. There will also be the option of discussing the possibility of undertaking PhD research as well as advice on financial assistance with regards to scholarships and bursaries.
The school offers a range of Masters programmes that are nationally recognised by the 2001 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) in the School’s high five rating. From an MSc in Advanced Technologies in Biomedicine to an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Aston covers many areas of Engineering and Applied Science.
The afternoon event will allow prospective students to discuss courses with Programme Directors and current Postgraduate students, as well as gain a clearer impression of what Aston has to offer through a campus tour. To give prospective students a real insight into what Aston has to offer, visits to the School’s laboratories will be available, showcasing the wide variety of research and recent innovations made by Aston students.
